Right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid SelectTake subscription contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, notify AJ GmbH, Danziger Str. 80, 65191 Wiesbaden, Germany, by email at support@selecttake.com or by telephone at +49 155 61229658, using a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the electronic form below or the model wording; neither is mandatory. Sending your notice before the period ends is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
Where a withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Starting a paid service during the withdrawal period does not automatically remove consumer rights. Any proportionate charge for a service already provided, or any expiry of a withdrawal right for digital content or services supplied early, applies only where the statutory conditions and the required express checkout declarations have been met. We will present those declarations clearly before live paid checkout is enabled.
Electronic withdrawal form
This form is continuously available for paid consumer contracts concluded through SelectTake. We will immediately confirm receipt by email and retain the request only as needed to handle it and meet legal recordkeeping duties.
